Vinyasa flow class will challenge your attention to focus on the present moment. As you are guided through asana/postures, connecting your movement with mindful breath, building internal fire for purification and strengthening and lengthening your body with ease. Followed by a guided meditation. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners wanting to move at a steady pace.
